Meet Joshua Christensen

Joshua Christensen is a top-producing Qualifying Broker in Albuquerque, New Mexico with R1 Commercial and Realty One of NM Residential Realty. With nearly 30 years in real estate as a career, Joshua has seen most of what his clients need help with in today's challenging markets.

Since 2010, he's been helping others build wealth with real estate. His clients benefit from over $250,000,000 in his real estate experience as a mortgage broker, house flipper, apartment investor, commercial and residential sales, property management, custom home construction, and so much more.

Joshua is licensed in New Mexico for both residential and commercial real estate sales.

When he's not working, he loves to spend time with friends and family traveling, golfing, hiking, hunting, camping, and woodworking. He can often be found with his nose in the most riveting business books available always learning and growing for both personal and professional development. In the last few years, he and his wife, of 25 years, became grandparents recently, and they love spending time with their two grandchildren and children.
